Need Help Balancing Your Emotions?

The amygdala region of the brain is involved in the processing of emotions. The amygdala releases emotions through the sense of smell. Using Essential Oils may help to balance our emotions so that we can get on with life!

Take a Deep Breath and Relax

Meditation is shown to have positive effects on both body and health. Some of the scientifically proven benefits of meditation include: Increased immunity, emotional balance, and the ability to lower, or turn off, our stress hormones. Some oils that compliment meditation are Sandalwood, Frankincense, Cedarwood and Patchouli. These oils may help you quiet the mind and achieve the experience you desire. Place a drop on your Third Eye (between your eyebrows) and transport yourself to a place of peace and quiet.
