Bugs away!!!

Looking forward to some time outdoors? I love to go hiking, camping, swimming, walking on the beach, you name it. Someone once told me I run on solar power. I think she’s right on!  Because we are outdoors a lot during this time of year, we are often reaching for something to keep the bugs away.  I try to be educated on the products our family uses because I know so many products include toxins that are scary and can really prove to be dangerous.

TerraShield is one of my family’s favorite blends for the summer. Because we do spend a lot of time outside, this is the magic that wards off any insects that want to join our summer festivities. This oil is safe for everyone in your family and can even help your garden flourish by giving it a protective barrier. TerraShield has recently been updated to include Tamanu oil which not only provides extra benefits for your use but is positively impacting families in Madagascar through dōTERRA’s Cō-Impact Sourcing. This blend can be diffused (I would suggest the 15ml bottle)  or applied topically (using the TerraShield Spray) to provide a defense against the annoyances of outdoor activities. Organic Gardening

As we all know, spring is the season for gardening. If you’re like me and thought that gardening was just putting seeds in the ground, you may have discovered that it seems there is much more to it than just having good dirt and water to grow your plants. dōTERRA has 8 Tips for Starting Your Own Organic Garden that make the process more user friendly for those who have yet to develop the green thumb. I love some of the ideas in this article!

Having lived in different areas of my state, we’ve learned each area is different and sometimes it can feel a little overwhelming. Like the article suggests, look for someone in your area who has a successful garden and ask them what they’re doing. I’m sure they’d love to share some of their ideas and be flattered that you even noticed! https://doterra.com/…/brochures-magazines-doterra-living-sp…
