I know I need to meditate. I know it’s good for you. I just don’t do it as often as I know I should. If you are like me, I get up, get going for the day and sometimes the stuff that I really should be doing (meditation, exercise, personal development) gets pushed to the side. I tell myself that “I’ll get to it in a few minutes” and, well, that never happens! A few friends have told me about this free app that they like. It’s called “Calm.” The other day I thought about it again and decided to download it right then. I listened to the first meditation and then I actually set a reminder on my phone so that each morning I get a little message that says “Time to mediate.” It’s that simple reminder that really gets me to do it.
The above picture showed up on my phone when my meditation was complete. I like it. I agree with it. Sometimes we really do just need to leap. What are you wanting to do that your indecision is just stopping you from? I say “Go for it!” What have you got to loose? Think of all that you can accomplish. You can do it! It’ll be worth it and you may even change some lives, including your own.
